Bill Bray has a unique position in the diamond industry. He was one of only a handful of cutters to finish all three years of training at the American School of Diamond Cutting, the only school of its kind to be accredited by the National Association of Trade Schools. His experience in the industry since 1977 runs the gamut from manufacturing rough diamonds, to re-cutting diamonds, to selling diamonds to jewelry stores and finally, selling to the retail public.
